Be My Valentine! ...Cooking For Him

Valentine’s day is quite a commercial event by any standard; cards, chocolates, flowers and gifts.

However it might also be a perfect opportunity to treat your “honey bunny” to a nice meal to let them know that you care for them. So the Truola team has thought long and hard and has come up with two exquisite menus’ that might do the trick. Of course every person is different and tastes vary, but we think you might just hit the spot if you take some inspiration from us.

The second one which we share with you this week, is themed around the premise that you might be cooking a special Valentine’s dinner for the male sex……………………. So without further ado, check out our plan for you….

Be my Valentine: Cooking for him...

Original John G. Martin Moscow Mule

A delicious cocktail drank from a copper cup, might even be a nice gift to remember the evening.

Pulled Cod with Avocado Guacamole:

Light starter in anticipation of the main.

Fondue Chinoise

Three meat varieties served with baguette dips and a mixed salad. A perfect opportunity for fun conversation and getting lost in each-others’ eyes as you wait for the bouillon to cook the meat.

Cranberry Panna Cotta

If there is still room or time for desert, we thing this one will hit the spot
