Bring the water to a boil (use for every 100 grams 1 litter of water) and add the sea salt (excellent to help you get lush green colour vegetables)

Portion the broccoli into even shrubs by cutting them from the stem.

Boil the broccoli for about 1 minutes, they are ready when they still have a bite but do not taste raw.

Drain the broccoli in a colander. They are ready to serve hot. In case you want to use them later or in combination with an additional cooking method, you can cool them down in ice water. When the broccoli is cold, drain them again with a colander.
