Heat the griddle on medium to high heat.
Cut approximately 1cm off the stem of the green asparagus and place them across the grill pattern of the griddle.
Grill for 3 to 4 minutes and turn the asparagus 2 to 3 times to get an even grill on all sides. The asparagus should still have a bit of bite.
Place the asparagus on a plate and season with freshly ground pepper and sea salt.
Finally drizzle some lemon juice and olive oil over your vegetables and they are ready to serve
