Prepare the French dressing and enhance it with garlic and fresh herbs if you like

Boil the new potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, rinse with cold water and slice in 1/2

Boil the eggs for 6 minutes, rinse with cold water and slice in 1/2

Blanche the green beans and rinse with cold water

Slice the lettuce into 2 cm chunks and rinse with water to remove any dirt, drain/shake off access water

Slice the cherry tomato in 1/2, cut the red onion into thin 1/2 rings and drain off the moisture from the tuna

Carefully mix the ingredients and present the salad in a large salad bowl. Serve the dressing separately so that guests can ad the dressing to taste
