Place the flour, the sugar and in a mixing bowl and form a hole in the middle.

Slowly pour the milk in the center of the bowl and mix the flour evenly through the milk at low power

When you have mixed the milk and flour into a smooth batter, mix the eggs, oil and the salt through the batter.

If you need to make a thinner batter, you can add more milk

Preheat a skillet, grease it with some oil and fry the pancakes on medium to high heat. (small or medium ladle per pancake depending on the size of your pan).

When the batter dries on top, flip the pancake and fry for a few moments on the other side until golden brown.

Tips

1

If the pancakes tear and won't flip, the batter is probably to thin; simply add some more flour.

Serve with Maple syrup, sugar,jam or ice cream

You can vary your pancakes with slices of apple, banana, or bacon
