Prepare your pizza dough and the pizza sauce

Heat your oven to 220°C / 428°F with your baking tins in side

Place baking paper on your work surface and sprinkle some semolina on them

Divide the dough into the number of pizza`s you want and form each dough into a ball

To shape the pizza, place the dough balls on the baking paper and shape the pizza into flat rounds using the heels of your hands, work from the middle out.

Cover the pizza with the sauce and the basil leaves, tear up your mozzarella and scatter on de pizza`s

Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the pizza and season with black pepper and sea salt

Take out the oven trays and place the pizza`s with the baking paper on the trays and place them back in the oven.

Bake the pizza`s crispy and brown for 8 to 10 minutes
