Place the yeast in the bread machine, cover with the flour, add the olive oil, the honey and salt; lastly add the water, make sure its tepid before adding.
Set the regime of the bread machine to Pizza dough and press start, your dough should be ready in about 40 minutes, depending on your bread machine.
When the dough is ready you can roll it into even flat pieces, using the rolling pin. You can make one large oven pizza or you can make smaller pizza's
You can use baking paper under your pizza to avoid some cleaning after cooking.
You can use this dough, for Pizza, breadsticks, bread bites etc.
This recipe can also be done by kneading the dough manually or in kitchen aid. The rising time should be 30 minutes at a temperature around 25°C / 77°F .
