Prepare the chicken wings, they will used as the bat wings in the presentation of the soup.

When the wings are almost ready bring the water to a boil in a large sauce pan and add the frozen peas. Heat back up to just below the boiling point for 2-3 minutes and add the chicken stock cubes.

Blend into a smooth soup and season with salt and pepper.

Serve in a small bowl and hang the bat wings on the edges.

Tips

1

When you boil the peas or heat them too long, they will loose their intense green colour.
