Prepare the sate rub (you can do this in advance and keep it in a dry container)
Slice the chicken thigh in to fat slices of approximately 2 cm thick.
In a small container mix the chicken with the sate rub and the oil, squeeze in the lemon juice and mix well
Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, if possible marinate the chicken up to 1 day in advance.
Thread the chicken on the skewers and they are ready to grill.
Grill the skewers for about 10 mins, turning occasionally, until lightly charred on the outside.
