Place a stock pot filled with water on high heat.

Remove the husks and strip away the silk from the corn by hand.

Cut the corns in to 3 even pieces.

When the water has started to boil add the corn and cook for 8 - 10 minutes.

Meanwhile melt the butter in a small sauce pan and add the dried herbs.

Crush/chop the garlic and mix through the melted butter.

Finely grate the lime skin and squeeze the juice into the butter mix.

Roughly pick the coriander leaves and mix it all up.

Remove the corn from the water and allow to cool down so that you can handle them.

Brush some spicy butter on the corn and grill or roast evenly on all sides for 3 - 5 minutes on the BBQ.

Remove from the grill and brush some more spicy butter on the corn and tuck in!!!!!
