Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then slowly mix the water through until the mixture becomes a thick batter. Finaly mix the egg yolk and oil through and you batter is ready.

Place 1 or 2 skillets on medium heat and wipe a little oil over the inside of the skillet. Spoon a thin layer of batter in to the skillet and bake without colouring for about 1 minute on each side. The diameter of the crepes should be around the 22 cm.

Allow the crepes to cool down and they are ready for roling in to spring rolls
