Bake the bagel for 5 - 6 minutes at 160 °C / 320 °F or if you making your own folow the instructions from the bagel recipe.

Cut the bagel open and spread pesto on each side of the bagel.

Slice the tomato and place on the botom half of the bagel, Season with pepper and salt and tear some basil over the tomato.

Slice the mozzarella and layer ontop of the tomato, season with pepper and salt and close the bagel.
