Cut the crust from the bread and dice the bread into 2 cm cubes

Crush / peal / chop the garlic and roughly chop the sage

Roughly chop the onion and celery into 2 cm cubes

Allow your chicken stock to cool down and melt the butter in a separate sauce pan.

Blend all dry ingredients together in the foodprocessor using the pulse, fill the container not more tha 3/4 and blend until the stuffing has the texture of a rough paste.

Mix through the stock, melted butter and beaten eggs in a large mixing bowl and season with the pepper and salt
