Make ice cubes in advance using the water.
Place a 2-3 Ice cubes in the copper cup, pour over the Vodka and the ginger beer and stir.
Quarter the lime and squeeze in the lime juice of one quarter.
Garnish the cup with another slice of lime add another 1-2 cubes of ice and serve.
Moscow Mule is traditionally served in a copper cup. some say the lime acid has a chemical reaction with the copper, other will convey that the heat capacity of the copper make the drink more refreshing than if it were served in glass. We just like the tradition and think it looks cool.
