Press the orange out and pour the required amount into the bowl. (the rest is a vitamin shot for the Chef)

Add the white wine vinegar to the bowl and whisk.

Add the oil to the bowl and whisk.

Finely chop the chives and add them to the bowl.

Mix and season with Salt and Pepper.
