Coarsely chop the Romaine lettuce, remove the vein from the leaves.
Wash and dry the lettuce and add to the bowl.
Peel the beetroot, then thinly slice it over the salad using the slicer knife in the grate.
Peel and halve the onion and then thinly slice it over the salad.
Remove the broadbeans from their pods and add sprinkle them over the salad.
Drain the sweet corn and sprinkle over the salad.
Prepare the orange dressing recipe and drizzle some dressing over the salad. The rest can be added individually.
