Mix ingredient in the food processor until it forms a  ball

Wrap the dough in plastic foil and allow to rest in the fridge for 20 minutes

Work the pasta dough through the pasta machine, add flour when the dough becomes sticky. Repeat for the pasta settings 7 - 1.

Finally, roll the pasta through the desired pasta machine attributes or use the pasta sheets for lasagne or ravioli.
