Heat the oven at 180 °C / 356 °F

Cut the dried apricots into small stripes.

Place the baking paper inside the baking tray.

Mix all the ingredients on the baking paper and put into the oven.

Roast for about 25 minutes until nicely coloured. Stir through every 5- 10 minutes

Allow to cool down and serve with yoghurt or milk
