Heat the water with the sugar and the lemon juice in the sauce pan to make a sugar syrup. Set aside to cool down.
Peel / de-seed the fruits and cut into cubes, mix with the sugar lemon syrup to prevent colouring.
Serve the fruit salad on its own or with yoghurt or ice cream.
Blend any left over fruit salade into a smoothie for a heathy refreshing drink!!!
