Roll each sausage into two thin slices of bacon and secure them with a skewer of rosemary.
Heat the casserole on medium heat and drizzel a little olive oil into the pan when it is hot.
Place the pigs in blankets into the cassserole and gently fry on each side for around 2-3 minutes.
Make a little space on one side of the pan and add the honey, mustard and lemon juice. Alow to heat up and then mix together. When mixed spoon the sauce over the pigs in blankets and take from the heat.
Allow sauce to properly glaze the pigs in blankets for a few seconds and they are ready to serve!!!
